Lucknow’s eminent Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML), has announced the launch of its Senior Leadership Programme’s fourth batch. The 11-month programme will go live on December 30 this year.
Aimed at developing leadership skills at senior levels, the programme is slated to produce high-performing teams through it. Herein, the curriculum will comprise eight contemporary modules, real-world case studies, and one group project.

Learn implications of business decisions, advance strategies, functional expertise and more through interactive online sessions, with a five-day in-campus experience.
The course, with a fee of ₹4,21,000 + GST, has been designed especially for senior leaders who will learn to prosper in their businesses. The ones participating will have the opportunity to learn product management, lead people, and help gain confidence.

To gain a competitive advantage in today’s global marketplace, decision-makers need to foster and drive strategic leadership and innovation at their workplace. In this context, the Senior Leadership Programme has been designed for senior managers and aspiring leaders to sharpen their foresight and agility to think strategically and act more decisively,” an IIML faculty noted.

The participant will also receive a certificate of completion from the premier management institute and eligibility for the IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni Status after conclusion of the course.
