Lucknow has been experiencing moderate daytime heat, followed by pleasant evening and late-night conditions. Since the rainfall on Monday, the city has recorded a significant drop of 5.1°C in maximum temperature. Breezy evenings with slightly drier air continue to provide relief from the daytime warmth.
For today, Lucknow is expected to see a maximum temperature of 33°C, while the minimum will remain steady at around 17°C. Last week, the city recorded a high of 37°C—its hottest March temperature since 1991.
According to the Regional Meteorological Center, the impact of westerly winds is to reduce from tomorrow on, leading to a gradual temperature rise over the next two days. A new western disturbance is set to bring moisture-laden easterly winds from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea, resulting in intermittent cloud cover and potential rainfall.
