Hey, Lucknowites! The festive season shopping frenzy has gripped the city and a fun carnival at the Ganj Metro station made it even better! The Hazratganj metro station is hosting the ‘Dussehra Carnival’, featuring stalls by women entrepreneurs from across the state.
From t-shirts with witty quotes and handmade decor to the coolest handbags, the carnival has a lot of creatively crafted products up for grabs! Today is the last day of the exhibition, so hurry now:

Here you can find The Quirky Girl stall with its hip range of printed t-shirts and cool coffee mugs. The Urban Bagiya stall offers houseplants made of 100% organic compost for decor along with other cutesy products to give your space a massive facelift.
In addition to that, the Nimbus Kraft is selling some cool hand-knotted handbags, along with a dozen other stalls offering everything from accessories, kurtis, dream-catchers, pickles, and more.
Furthermore, these businesses setting up stalls at the carnival are all owned and run by women with unique business ideas and an indefatigable entrepreneurial spirit. And the sheer variety of products on offer at affordable prices makes this carnival a must-visit!
A Word from the Women Entrepreneurs
Speaking to Knocksense, Dr Deepti Chopra from the Urban Bagiya stall said, “This carnival gives us the much-needed platform to promote our independent businesses. After all, what better place is there to make our brand visible than at a metro station that sees massive footfall”.
Saumya and Istuti, from The Quirky Girl, had set up their stalls at the metro carnival for the very first time. They said, “We’re so excited to see the response here. We often set up stalls at exhibitions, but this is our first time in a Lucknow Metro carnival. We will be back for the next one surely”.
