The Bandra Kurla Complex will remain shut for 4 hours on Tuesday, in wake of the Mumbai Samachar Dwishatabdi Mahotsav today and the VVIP movement due it.
As per an order issued by Raj Tilak Roushan, Deputee Commission of Police, Traffic, Mumbai, all traffic movement in the BKC Jurisdiction will remain functionally affected, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, due to blocks and shutdown. Check out the list of all blocked roads and route diversions, to avoid getting stuck in the traffic.
‘No-Entry’ on these roads
Movement of all vehicles will be prohibited through BKC Connector, MCA Ground, Close Gate No. 3, ONGC Building Chowk towards Jio World Centre, American Consulate, Trident Hotel and towards Kurla through MTNL.
Traffic moving through Kurla Razzak Junction, MTNL Junction, Platina Junction, Trident Junction towards Jio World Centre and BKC Connector will also be shut.
Alternative routes & diversions
Vehicluar movement towards BKC will be instead diverted through a right turn at ONGC Building. From here, people can move towards through Vidhesh Bhavan, Ambani School parking and through Tata Communication building, MTNL Junction towards Kurla.
Another route through a right turn from American School towards Trident and Sofitel Hotel will also be functional.
