Bizza’s menu is centered around its selection of hand-crafted pizzas, such as Miso-aubergine and Blue Cheese Pizza, Truffle and Tuna Pizza, and of course, the famed Three Cheese Pizza.
Bizza also offers a variety of pizza bases to choose from, including standard dough, sourdough, gluten-free dough, activated charcoal dough, and more. All pizzas are expertly baked in a wood-fire oven and served fresh.
These pizzas are accompanied by a variety of dipping sauces, that add tons to the flavour profile. These condiments include a zesty fermented sauce and chimichurri from Argentina along with a creamy garlic and truffle sauce and a bright yellow aji, from Peru.
