Looking for a new eating and hangout spot in Indore? Though there are a plethora of great cafes and bistros to choose from in the city, Cafe Terazza brings to the table an outdoor, rooftop dining ordeal that is unparalleled by any other place in Indore. The rooftop has a scenic view of the Indore city scape and is truly a sight to behold in the backdrop of the setting sun. Since the vibes here are totally chill and happening, you have to head down to experience something new.

Once you enter the place, you’re greeted by grandeur and an inviting ambience. The warm tones are complemented by lots of greenery, splattered around here and there, which gives it something of a refreshing look. Though the rooftop cafe also has a great homely indoor seating, the terrace is where the fun is at. In fact, there’s a nice wrought iron staircase that leads up to it and gives a new spin to the whole experience.
The food here is amazing to say the least and there’s something here for the gourmet and even the gourmand. Each of the dishes are worth trying and leave a lasting taste on the palette. Also, the cuisine served here is Oriental, Continental, Italian and even Mexican, meaninth that there’s something to make everyone salivate.
When we recently visited the joint, we went for the classic Mexican nachos with cheese and some sweet and sour honey chilli chicken for the starters. As for the main course, initially, we were rather confused due to the multitude of cuisines and options to choose from. Finally, we settled for the Chicken Sicilia Pizza, a plate of hakka noodles and the fan favourite Chicken Lasagna.

The nachos we tried were crispy and freshly prepared. Since they were peppered with a few different spices, it had an interesting taste to it. The cheesy dip that was served along with it complemented it nicely and gave a smooth texture. The honey chilli chicken on the other hand was tangy and zesty, with an explosion of flavours for your taste buds.
The Pizza we tried was a nice pan made thin crust pizza with just the right thickness and crispness on the base. The toppings themselves were adorned with olives,garlic, pickled onions and even olive oil. Each of the ingredients blended well with one another and suffice to say, it was an instant hit with us.

Since we had heard a lot about the famed chicken lasagna, we had to try it for ourselves and guess what? So should you. Cafe Terazza has probably the best lasagna in the city and if you’re looking for that, you know where to be. The layers were perfectly set, would immediately melt in your mouth and the tomato-ey flavour added a new layer of flavour to the pasta. The chicken too was soft, tender and well cooked, which is perhaps what made the dish an amazing choice.
Of course we paired he dishes with a few drinks- the blue lagoon and peach iced tea were the ones that especially stood out. They did a great job of giving a relief from the cheesy flavours of the other dishes.
