Ahmedabad Metro Phase 2 nears completion milestones
The ambitious Ahmedabad Metro Phase 2 project, comprising two corridors spanning a total distance of 28.254 km, received approval from the Indian Central Government’s Cabinet on February 19, 2019. The project continues to make significant progress, with the viaduct from Raysan to Sector-1 now 100% completed.
This achievement marks a crucial milestone in the priority section between Motera and Sector-1, expected to open around March 2024. The stretch from Sector-1 to Mahatma Mandir is on track to be operational by December 2024.
