In the wake of Urban Body Elections in the Uttar Pradesh capital, the timings for all public work will remain altered till April 18. The Municipal Corporation elections, that are scheduled to be held on May 4, have ongoing nominations and other related work in the pipeline.
Thus, any work surrounding the Nagar Nigam office (for instance, bills around sewer connection, tax deposition, or other civic-related issues) will be done between 3 PM – 8 PM till April 18 for general public.
“There will be no public work till April 18 in the Municipal Corporation Headquarters, including depositing house tax, from morning till 3 pm,” informed Municipal Commissioner Indrajit Singh.
