The ‘Bright Mind Scholarship’ started by IIT Kanpur last year, is back again to benefit 100 toppers of JEE Advanced 2022. Under this special scholarship programme, chosen students enrolled in B.Tech/BS programme will be awarded an annual sum of Rs 3 lakh.
The scholarship was introduced in 2021 with the support of IIT Kanpur Alumnus, Lokvir Kapoor in a bid to reward and recognize meritorious students of the institution. The ‘Bright Minds Scholarship’ hence covers all the expenses related to academics, stay, insurance, transportation, books and supplies for the eligible students.
The thoughtful initiative has already benefitted several deserving candidates, acting as a catalyst to shape their bright futures and aims to do so in the future too.
