Indore is a city that is ever changing and with the city, changes its food scene, evolving with every breath we take. The evolving food scene is probably one of the many things we adore about the city and we cannot deny how happy it makes us. Every new place comes with a new cuisine, a new flare and a new ambiance, adding and balancing the city’s already abuzz ecosystem.
So, here’s a list of all of our favourite new places in Indore that you can visit if you’re bored of the same old-same old.
The Piano Project

The Piano Project in Vijay Nagar is the best place to go to when you’re craving a little dose of luxury. From the huge chandelier on the ceiling, the plush furniture to all the gold used in the decor, everything here screams luxury. Get yourself the shahi mutton nihari, the grilled malabar fish, murgh yakhni pulao or anything else from the expansive menu and let your worries melt away like butter.

Coco Tree

Coco Tree is the best place to grab yourself any of the “junk food” staples and hangout with your friends. The cafe has a great vibe and wonderful interiors and it is the best place to have a fun hangout session with your friends. We would recommend ordering one of the indulgent shakes, the loaded nachos, pizza, chat or sandwiches.

54 Praangan

Nestled inside the Marriott Hotel, 54 Praangan is the place to be when you crave a touch of nature or wish to dine under the stars. The property is expansive, elaborate and stunning. We absolutely adore the open terrain and the wonderful setup. We would suggest coming here for a dinner date or a brunch on a pleasant day and have the time of your life.

The Eighteen Fine Dine Lounge

This is one of those places where you can spoil yourself and have a leisurely time. The food here is insane! We would suggest the clay oven roasted prawns, mahchhaalee lahsooni tikka, stuffed mushroom, Mediterranean cheese chicken roll, butter paneer penne and a ton of other dishes which will satisfy your palate as well as take you on a stroll around the world.

Mirchi and Mime

Mirchi and Mime is one of those new age places who believe in progressive cuisine, experimenting with food and the make the traditional meet the neo-modern. The restaurant is seemingly unassuming but the simple and classic vibe here is what we love about this place the most. You can order a number of exciting dishes from the huge selection they offer and have yourself a big ol’ party.
