In a bid to enhance transportation accessibility in Ahmedabad, AMTS has reintroduced bus routes to Chandkheda, Vatva, and Ghodasar, ensuring convenience for residents in these remote areas. This initiative comes as part of AMTS’ recent efforts to revitalize public transportation across the city.
Among the newly reintroduced routes, route number 18 will efficiently connect Ghodasar Nigam Society to Ujala Circle. Additionally, route number 42 will serve commuters traveling from Nigam Society to Shilaj, while route 84/1 will facilitate transportation from Laal Darwaja terminus to Chandkheda’s Rajivnagar. Although these routes were previously in operation, they had temporarily ceased services for various reasons.
With the revival of these routes, residents of Chandkheda, Vatva, and Ghodasar now have convenient connections to the main areas of the city.
