For the first time ever, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched an exclusive ‘Pilgrim Special’ tour package from Agartala to Goa. The ‘Vibrant Goa’ package, priced as low as ₹1,000 per day, has been curated especially for the people of the northeastern Indian states. As per the reports, this tour would stretch over 11 nights and 12 days and will commence from September 30 to October 11.
Package includes provision for travel by AC & sleeper coaches
The ‘Pilgrim Special’ tour package comes in two different classes- standard and comfort. The standard class, which includes travel by sleeper coach, would be costing ₹ 11,340 per person while the comfort class, which offers 3-tier AC coach travel, is marked at ₹18,900, for each individual. For children above the age of 5, the full fare needs to be paid while those under 5, can travel for free.

-Agartala Station, Tripura
-Badarpur Junction, Guwahati Station and New Bongaigaon Station, Assam
-New Alipurduar Station, New Cooch Behar Station, Malda Station and New Jalpaiguri Junction, West Bengal
