The spectacular Bamniya Kund Waterfall is nestled in the quietness of nature, amidst the verdant forests of MP’s Malindi region. To witness the cascading majesty of this waterfall, you will have to reach the Nakheri Dam at the base of the hill and trek almost 8 km ahead, to see the waterfall. The trekking trail is marked by beautiful woods, abundant wildlife and the melodious sound of birds which makes this seemingly exotic place, nothing less than delightful!
Apart from a scenic hike, you can also undertake other adventure activities such as rappelling and flying fox. Further, the picturesque backdrop of this waterfall makes this place a haven for nature photography enthusiasts. How to reach?
The distance of 50 km (approx.) between Indore and Bamniya Kund, Badgonda Village, can be covered by road. The jungle trek to the waterfall begins at Nakheri Dam which can be reached on foot from Badgonda Village, after covering a short distance of approximately 4 km.
