Eight-year-old Takshvi Vaghani from Ahmedabad has added another remarkable achievement to her name by setting a new Guinness World Record. She completed the world’s lowest limbo skating over 10 metres, gliding beneath a bar just 16 cm high on March 1, 2026. She has now officially been recognised by Guinness World Records for the feat.
Record breaking past performances

Takshvi is no stranger to record-breaking. She previously set a Guinness World Record for the lowest limbo skating over 25 metres at the same height of 16 cm in 2023. She also holds an India Book of Records title for completing 50 metres of limbo skating beneath 11 bars at the age of just five.
Introduced to several sports as a toddler, Takshvi discovered her passion for skating at the age of four and has followed a rigorous training routine ever since.
